The Week in Motion

Last week I was able to run 14 miles, for a 2014 personal record. Twenty per week is my general fitness magic number, so I am building back up. Here is the plan for this week, with strength training and yoga sprinkled throughout:

Monday – rest

Tuesday – 3 easy

Wednesday – 3 miles with 400 meter repeats, walk to recover

Thursday – Bike for 30-40 minutes

Friday – rest

Saturday – 5K or 10K to benefit St. Jude Childrens’ Research Hospital

Sunday – depends on Saturday, wither 3 or 6 easy
