I am finally getting some fitness back after taking some time off, but every effort has been hard-won. Last week I was able to run 9 miles, and this week I plan on running 12 or 13. I am using the Kindle Fire for fitness, too. The Sworkit app lets me customize circuit training workouts to fit my needs for the day. The Quick Logger app lets me quickly record my running mileage, and the Simple Yoga app has customizable yoga routines with video guidance.
Now, if I could only fit in some bike rides. My sister and I are planning on a duathlon in a few weeks and my bike is rather dusty. It has only been ridden indoors for the last few months. Happy week in motion!
