The Week in Motion

As it is our Fall break this week, I am hoping to get in some good quality workouts. On Sunday, my scheduled ten miler turned into a four miler due to tired legs. It had been a hard week at work, so I decided that I needed a rest. I only ran 14 miles last week.

Monday – REST

Tuesday – 9 x 400 m repeats

Wednesday – 5 miles

Thursday – 3 miles easy

Friday – REST

Saturday – Local 5K with son (his first!)

Sunday – 9 mile run
