The Week in Motion

My focus is now on building speed for my half marathon in November. So, my week in motion should look like this:

Monday – yoga

Tuesday – 40 minute tempo run (with heart rate monitor, no cheating!)

Wednesday – 4.5 miles of hills with friends

Thursday – 3 miles easy

Friday – REST

Saturday – 5 miles with 2 miles at half marathon pace (wear watch, no cheating!)

Sunday – 10 miles

We will see how this hard core plan works out! Happy week in motion.
