The Week in Motion

Last week was a big running week for me: 24 miles total. This week is a bit of an easier week, but with a focus on strength training.

Monday – yoga

Tuesday – 3 to 5 miles easy

Wednesday – 3 -4 miles running hills with friends

Thursday – 9 x 400 m repeats

Friday – Rest

Saturday – Rest

Sunday – 9 miles easy
