The Week in Motion

This week I ran 17 miles and did two days of strength training. Wednesday we ran some hills that made my legs sore for days, that has to good for them, right?  On Sunday my legs were still feeling tired so I ditched the long run and just did four easy.  The legs want what they want.

Here the plan for this week:

Monday – stretch and strength

Tuesday – 3 miles easy

Wednesday – 3 or 4 miles with some speed work

Thursday – 3 miles plus strength

Friday – REST

Saturday – 3 or 4 easy

Sunday – 7 or 8 miles
