Thankful Thursday – Running Mojo

Today I am thankful to be getting back into my running groove.  After the Rouge Orleans relay in February, work just got too busy and my weekly mileage plummeted.  I just don’t feel myself if I am not running at least 20 miles per week.  Since the beginning of July, I have had time at home to really focus on getting myself back into shape. I am steadily increasing my distances and frequency back into my “happy zone” for running.
